The kitchen is of major interest for potential buyers / Ensure surfaces are clean & clutter free & all appliances being sold with the house are spotless & in good working condition, here is a short list to review:

The temperature & aroma of your house are critical in making your home attractive / In summer your home should be kept cool & warm in winter / Odors such as smoke, pets & food smells can be eliminated with air freshener & carpet fresheners.

Take off all pictures of family members
Freshly brewed coffee & baked bread create a beautiful aroma.
Add vases of fresh flowers around the home.
Leave lights & lamps on / Open curtains.

Make sure beds are made / Dishes washed / Papers, toys, everyday items stored away.
